Description:
The University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) establishes this policy in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute 42:460, effective March 20, 2005, and Article VII, Section 14 of the Louisiana Constitution to ensure the timely identification and recovery of payroll overpayments. The purpose of this policy is to establish uniform procedures for the identification, notification, recovery, and resolution of payroll overpayments made to employees of the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM).
